01. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or running games on BG Game Hub ("Platform", "we", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform.
02. USE OF PLATFORM & LICENSE GRANT
BG Game Hub grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and play browser-based games hosted on the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT & RESTRICTIONS:
- No Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, or extracting source code bundles from hosted WebGL or JavaScript packages is strictly prohibited.
- No Automated Scraping: Using bots, crawlers, or automated scripts to siphon game assets, telemetry, or catalog indexes without written consent.
- No Malicious Traffic: Attempting to disrupt platform availability via Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or unauthorized API calls.
- No Unauthorized Framing: Embedding BG Game Hub pages inside external websites without utilizing our official embed API endpoints.
03. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All platform infrastructure, brutalist UI components, graphics, original sound designs, trademarks, logos, and custom product package runtime software are the exclusive intellectual property of BG Game Hub and its developer partners.
Third-party game titles, registered studio logos, and game artwork hosted on the Platform remain the sole property of their respective developer rights-holders.
04. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ("AS IS")
BG GAME HUB IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PLATFORM ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF VIRUSES, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL LEGACY HARDWARE SPECIFICATIONS.
05. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BG GAME HUB, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR DEVELOPER PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, SAVED PROGRESS, OR BROWSER HARDWARE INTERRUPTION RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
06. MODIFICATIONS & GOVERNING LAW
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of BG Game Hub constitutes agreement to all updated provisions.
